Your equipment worked flawlessly — awesome foils! The build quality at this price point is genuinely hard to believe. Feels like a board costing three times as much.
FAQ
COMMON QUESTIONS
How does the Escape compare to the Apex?
The Escape is the lighter, more compact board, built for riders who want a nimble and responsive ride. It has an 80L board, 5,000W of power, a 28 mph top speed, and supports riders up to 220 lbs.
The Apex is the larger and more powerful option. It has a 100L board, 6,000W of power, a 30+ mph top speed, and supports riders up to 265 lbs. The added volume makes Apex more stable and confidence-inspiring, which is why we recommend it for most beginners, larger riders, and anyone who wants the widest performance range.
Choose Escape if you want a lighter, more agile board. Choose Apex if you want more stability, more power, and room to progress.
Do I need experience to ride the Escape?
No. The Escape is designed to be approachable for new riders while still delivering the performance experienced riders expect. Its lightweight 80L platform, efficient 5,000W direct-drive system, and responsive handling make it an excellent choice for lighter riders who want a premium eFoil without unnecessary complexity.
For beginners, we recommend riders under 220 lbs start in calm, open water and follow our step-by-step training resources. While the Escape is easy to learn, its smaller, more agile platform is best suited for riders who prioritize maneuverability, efficiency, and a more connected riding experience.
If you're a heavier rider or want the most stable platform for learning, we generally recommend the Apex. Its larger 100L board provides additional buoyancy and stability, making the learning process easier while offering more room to grow as your skills advance.
How long does shipping take and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide directly from our facility in Asia, with orders processed and dispatched within 1-2 days of receipt for in stock items. All orders include tracking. VAT/GST may apply based on your country.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
The comprehensive manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all components. We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I upgrade my package after purchase?
Yes, the XFoil is engineered with a completely modular architecture designed for maximum service, replacement, and upgrade flexibility. Rather than owning a static system, you can easily upgrade to larger battery packages, replace worn components, swap wings for different riding dynamics, or add new accessories over time as your skills evolve.
Every major component uses a straightforward, bolt-on design. In the rare event that a component requires service or replacement, you only need to swap out that specific part. Because individual parts are easily detached, the large board hull never has to be shipped back to a service center, keeping logistics simple, fast, and highly cost-effective.
