XFoil Crowdfunding Fulfillment Status

This page provides a current overview of fulfillment progress for XFoil’s past crowdfunding campaigns, including Alpha 1, Alpha 2, and XFoil Escape. Our goal is to give backers, customers, and future riders a clear, factual view of what has been completed, what is currently shipping, and what remains in progress.

XFoil products are complex electric hydrofoil systems that include boards, batteries, chargers, masts, motors, remotes, wings, accessories, freight coordination, and international logistics. Each campaign has involved multiple production and shipping phases, and this page is intended to provide a transparent summary of where each campaign stands today.

XFoil Alpha 1 — Fulfillment Complete

The XFoil Alpha 1 campaign launched on Indiegogo and has reached full fulfillment completion.

Over the course of the campaign, XFoil delivered complete electric hydrofoil systems to backers worldwide, including boards, batteries, chargers, masts, motors, remotes, and accessories. Fulfillment was completed through multiple production and shipping phases as XFoil scaled manufacturing, improved logistics, and continued refining the product platform.

As part of the fulfillment process, many Alpha 1 backers received complimentary upgrades to newer-generation hardware where applicable. These upgrades were provided to improve performance, reliability, and overall customer value.

Completing Alpha 1 was an important milestone for XFoil. It demonstrated market demand for the product and confirmed XFoil’s ability to design, manufacture, ship, and support a complex electric hydrofoil system across multiple regions.

With Alpha 1 fulfillment complete, XFoil’s focus has shifted to customer support, replacement parts, product improvements, expanded production capacity, and next-generation platforms including Alpha 2, Escape, and APEX.

We sincerely thank our Alpha 1 backers, customers, suppliers, and partners for helping bring the first XFoil platform to life.

XFoil Alpha 2 — Final Fulfillment Phase

The XFoil Alpha 2 campaign launched on Indiegogo and fulfillment is now in its final stage.

A majority of core Alpha 2 components have already been manufactured and shipped, including standard-range batteries, chargers, masts, and multiple board shipment waves. Many Alpha 2 backers have received their systems and are already riding.

Accessory kit fulfillment is actively progressing, with shipments continuing as remaining production batches and logistics steps are completed. Board fulfillment has also made significant progress, with additional units continuing to ship as final batches are completed.

The XFoil Adaptive Wing System, also known as AWS, has completed pilot testing and validation. Final refinements have been incorporated based on real-world rider feedback, and production deliveries are progressing as manufacturing ramps.

Long-range battery production has been completed, and shipments are underway. This represents one of the final major components required to complete Alpha 2 campaign fulfillment.

Once an order ships, backers receive access to shipment tracking information where available, including freight status, local carrier updates, and final delivery progress.

Backers who have not yet received all items should confirm that their survey information, shipping details, and any outstanding balances are complete. Incomplete account information may delay fulfillment.

We thank Alpha 2 backers for their continued support and patience as XFoil completes the final stage of campaign fulfillment.

XFoil Escape — Active Fulfillment Underway

The XFoil Escape campaign launched on Kickstarter and is now in active fulfillment.

Tooling for all major Escape components has been completed. Board shipments are scheduled to begin in July 2026. Accessory kits, including the motor, mast, wings, tail, remote, and related riding components, will follow shortly after board shipments commence.

Standard-range batteries have already shipped. Long-range batteries have been completed and are currently shipping.

Backers will continue to receive progress updates, production milestones, and fulfillment timeline information through official Kickstarter updates and direct communication from XFoil customer support.

Once shipments begin, backers will receive access to a tracking portal where available, including freight tracking details, local carrier updates, and delivery progress through final delivery.

Backers with outstanding balances, incomplete surveys, missing shipping details, or unresolved account information are encouraged to complete those items promptly to avoid delays.
