Your equipment worked flawlessly — awesome foils! The build quality at this price point is genuinely hard to believe. Feels like a board costing three times as much.
FAQ
COMMON QUESTIONS
How does the Apex compare to the Escape?
The Apex is our largest, most capable eFoil, designed for riders who want maximum stability, power, and versatility. With a 100L board, 6,000W motor, 30+ mph top speed, and support for riders up to 265 lbs, it delivers confidence-inspiring performance from your first ride through advanced progression.
The Escape is a lighter, more compact performance board built for riders who prioritize agility and value. Its 80L platform, 5,000W motor, and 28 mph top speed make it exceptionally nimble, responsive, and easy to transport, while still delivering premium XFoil technology.
For most new riders, we recommend the Apex because the larger platform provides more stability and a wider operating range. The Escape is ideal for lighter riders, experienced riders, or anyone seeking a more playful, carve-focused ride.
Do I need experience to ride the Apex?
No. The Apex is designed to accommodate riders from beginner to expert. Its larger 100L platform provides excellent stability and buoyancy, making it easier to learn than smaller performance-focused boards.
For first-time riders, we recommend starting in calm, open water and progressing at your own pace. As your skills develop, the Apex grows with you through its powerful 6,000W drivetrain, advanced ride configurations, and optional performance upgrades.
Whether you're taking your first flight or pushing your limits with aggressive carving and high-speed runs, the Apex is built to support every stage of your progression.
How long does shipping take and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide directly from our facility in Asia, with orders processed and dispatched within 1-2 days of receipt for in stock items. All orders include tracking. VAT/GST may apply based on your country.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
The comprehensive manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all components. We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I upgrade my package after purchase?
Yes, the XFoil is engineered with a completely modular architecture designed for maximum service, replacement, and upgrade flexibility. Rather than owning a static system, you can easily upgrade to larger battery packages, replace worn components, swap wings for different riding dynamics, or add new accessories over time as your skills evolve.
Every major component uses a straightforward, bolt-on design. In the rare event that a component requires service or replacement, you only need to swap out that specific part. Because individual parts are easily detached, the large board hull never has to be shipped back to a service center, keeping logistics simple, fast, and highly cost-effective.
