XFoil Alpha 1 (Fulfillment Complete)

The XFoil Alpha 1 campaign launched on Indiegogo and has now reached full fulfillment completion.

Over the course of the campaign, XFoil successfully delivered complete hydrofoil systems to backers worldwide, including boards, batteries, chargers, masts, motors, remotes, and accessories. The campaign progressed through multiple production and shipping phases, culminating in the successful delivery of the Alpha 1 platform to customers across numerous countries.

Throughout the fulfillment process, XFoil continued to improve its products and manufacturing capabilities. As part of these efforts, many backers received complimentary upgrades to newer-generation hardware, further enhancing product performance and customer value.

The successful completion of the Alpha 1 campaign represents a major milestone for XFoil and validates both market demand and the company's ability to design, manufacture, and deliver complex electric hydrofoil systems at scale.

With Alpha 1 fulfillment complete, XFoil's focus has shifted toward supporting customers, expanding production capacity, introducing new technologies, and fulfilling next-generation products including Alpha 2 and XFoil Escape.

XFoil Alpha 2 (Fulfillment Nearly Complete)

The XFoil Alpha 2 campaign launched on Indiegogo and fulfillment is now in its final stages.

To date, standard-range batteries, chargers, and masts have been successfully manufactured and shipped to backers. Accessory kit fulfillment is well underway, with shipments continuing as production and logistics operations move toward completion.

Board fulfillment has made significant progress, with multiple shipment waves already delivered and the majority of board orders fulfilled. Additional boards continue to ship as final production batches are completed.

The XFoil Adaptive Wing System (AWS) has completed pilot testing and validation, with final refinements incorporated based on real-world rider feedback. Production deliveries are progressing as manufacturing ramps to meet demand.

Long-range battery production has been completed and shipments are underway, marking another major milestone toward concluding campaign fulfillment.

With the majority of core components now delivered, many backers are already enjoying their Alpha 2 systems on the water while remaining shipments continue through the final fulfillment phase.

Once shipped, backers receive access to shipment tracking information, including freight status, local carrier updates, and final delivery progress.

XFoil remains committed to maintaining transparent communication throughout the fulfillment process and will continue providing updates through official campaign communications and customer support channels.

XFoil Escape (Fulfillment Underway)

The XFoil Escape campaign was launched on Kickstarter and is now in the early stages of fulfillment.

Tooling for all major components has been completed. Board shipments are scheduled to begin in May 2026, as tooling for foam components experienced some delays. Accessory kits will follow shortly after board shipments commence.

Standard-range batteries have already shipped, and long-range batteries are nearing completion, with shipments expected to begin shortly as final production wraps up.

Backers will continue to receive progress updates, production milestones, and fulfillment timelines through official Kickstarter updates and direct communication from XFoil customer support.

Once shipments begin, backers will receive access to a tracking portal with full visibility into their orders, including freight tracking details, local carrier updates, and delivery progress through to final delivery.

Backers with outstanding balances or incomplete surveys are encouraged to complete them promptly to avoid any delays in fulfillment.
